Industry Veteran David Dew Named GM & COO Of Forest Creek Golf Club

Forest Creek Golf Club has named golf industry veteran David Dew as its new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2020.

Dew brings a wealth of experience from more than 20 years of leadership in exclusive golf courses and residential communities in the Carolinas. Prior to joining the Forest Creek Golf Club team, Dew, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, worked as the General Manager at Lake Toxaway Country Club, Belfair, and Dewee’s Island.

“David stood out from an excellent field of candidates, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him as our new GM and COO,” said Bob McCann, Managing Partner of Forest Creek Golf Club. “His leadership is consistently forward-looking, and his work at private, high-end clubs means he will continue to elevate the experience at Forest Creek Golf Club for our members and their families.”

Dew’s addition is an important step in the evolution of Forest Creek Golf Club as it looks to solidify its standing as one of the finest private golf residential communities anywhere in the United States.
